Rimtech Head Office 

Based in Stafford, an inner northern suburb of Brisbane, we are predominantly a software development and distribution company. We have developed a number of successful business management software packages that are being distributed and supported throughout Australia.

Our Pedigree 

Rimtech was founded in the 1980's by a group of four software developers whose background came from development of large-scale systems on large main-frame computers. The world of computing has changed several times over since then, but our solid foundations have provided our company with the longevity and consequent depth of experience rarely found with today's "startup" computer businesses.

Our Software

Our main product, ProfitPak, is a fully featured business management system. Unlike most of our competitors, it has been designed from the ground up for the 32-bit Windows operating environment. The key features of our software are;

We realise that every business is different, and upon your request we can make changes or even develop "add-in" modules if required. Some of the combinations in our ProfitPak range have been assembled as specialist packages, designed to meet the specific needs of industries such as Retail Fashion, Hardware and Landscape Suppliers, Wholesalers and Importers.

Our approach gives us the flexibility to make each system we install look and feel as though it really does belong with that business.

Distribution 

ProfitPak is distributed throughout Australia directly by Rimtech, or via a number of Resellers who deal with specific markets or locations. Each of these Resellers has been set up as a Regional Support Centre, which is responsible for pre-sale demonstrations, installation coupled with a comprehensive training program, and continued support for the lifetime of the product.
